Biography
Dan Eaton has been representing businesses and individuals since 2009 in real estate, business, and litigation matters of all sizes. He has prevailed or obtained favorable settlements in several real estate fraud cases, business disputes, construction matters, and cases under the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (known as RESPA).
Dan’s goal with every client is to provide efficient and effective representation. He is meticulous in his work, fights hard for his clients, and seeks practical resolutions to cases whenever possible.
Also, Dan has been certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota state Bar association since 2014. He received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, graduating Cum Laude, and his B.A. from the University of Montana, graduating with Honors.
Prior to law school, he worked in financial services. Prior to that, he worked as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School.
Dan enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family. You are likely to find him canoeing in the Boundary Waters or skiing and hiking in Montana.
Dan currently serves as a community board member for YMCA Camp du Nord.
